NNYSHL Southern Conference

The NNYSHL's Southern Conference includes teams from New York's Capital District, the Southern Adirondacks, and the Berkshire and Green Mountains of Western New England.

When the regular season ends, the league uses each team's MyHockey Rankings (MHR) rating to re-seed every division. Teams are then placed into a series of tournaments with others at a similar level. The goal is simple: as many close, competitive games as possible, so every team plays for something at the end of the year.

The NNYSHL Regular Season runs from Early October to mid-February with Playoffs and Championship Games being played during the first full weekend of March.
